A Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) looks at how a person's disability affects their everyday life, and what support they need to live safely and independently. Believe In Me's FCA reports are completed by our AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, giving you a professional, evidence-based assessment you can rely on.

FCA reports are commonly used to support NDIS access requests, plan reviews, and applications for supports such as home modifications, assistive technology and Supported Independent Living. We take the time to understand your daily life, not just fill out a form.
