Below is the current fee schedule for NDIS support activities offered by Believe In Me. Rates are a guide only - your Support Coordinator or our team can confirm exact pricing against your NDIS plan.
Functional Capacity Assessment completed by our AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist.
Assistance with personal hygiene and grooming.
General cleaning and upkeep of the participant's home.
Support in preparing and cooking meals.
Transportation to appointments, social outings, or other activities.
Help with administering or organising medications.
Accompanying participants to community, social, and recreational activities.
Changes to the home to improve accessibility and safety.
Assistance with gardening and lawn maintenance.
NDIS isn't the only way to access our services. We also work with private health insurance, Medicare, aged care packages, and clients paying out of pocket.
If you have private health insurance, you may be able to claim a rebate for eligible services. Check with your fund to see what's covered.
Medicare-paid clients may be able to claim a rebate with a GP Care Management Plan referral from their doctor.
Paying privately? We'll work out fees together to suit your circumstances and budget.
Older Australians with a Home Care Package or other aged care package may be able to use it to access our services too.
